The promo totals are taken from site members and unusual owners. If you think that other promos are popular enough in trades for unusuals, make your case in the steam thread mentioned above, and I will add them. Tracking 39,368 unusual hats (17,161 Owners) with 3 detected trades made since yesterday. There are currently 1,281 unusual hat buyout, 3,918 offer, and 73 last buyout values listed.

The top 1% of unusual owners own 13% of the unusual hats.

You can see current lowest asking prices for hat/effect combinations in green, highest offer price in blue, or last recorded asking prices for hat/effect combinations in white, and intel on the number of each hat/effect combinations in existence collected by Luigi30 and myself. By click on one of these value squares, you can see current ownership, buyouts, offers, history, and stats for the hat/effect combo selected. You can also list your hats (suitcase icon) and make an advertising spray for them (image icon) if you login using steam. When viewing listings and offers, you can click the pencil next to your current offer (usually NA) to edit it. You can also edit your buy out price for a product you own from the listing window by clicking on it. Various tools are also available such as item possesion history, steamrep, profile links, and a drill down chart of unusual hats.
